How Covid-19 is affecting TC Vapours

In these unprecedented times we thankfully are still able to offer our full services online with only minor delays. We thank everyone for their continued support by purchasing online from us and we can now see you in our shops again once again.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped through Royal Mails signed for service and you will have received an email the day it was dispatched with your individual tracking details attached. If you click here you will be to enter these details and find up to date information on where you order is in the delivery stage. If you have for any reason not received your tracking after 1 working day from placing your order, please use the contact form below to request your tracking and we will be sure to send this to you promptly.

When will my tracking be updated?

All orders are sent signed for and not time tracked so Royal Mail track and trace website will not show you individual updates as it reaches depot's and couriers. Your tracking will show when your order arrived with Royal Mail and dependent on wether you selected 1st class (1-2 working days) or 2nd class (2-3 working days) you can then calculate when your order is expected to arrive. If your tracking shows unable to confirm the status of your reference, this means that your order has not reached Royal Mail yet.

I have placed my order and i have made a mistake, can you change this?

Oops you have made a mistake but we might be able to help. We may be able to amend your order but we will only be able to do this by contacting us on the day of purchase before 2pm, after this time your order will have left our hands and will only be able to be amended by returning the incorrect items by post. We may be Although we always try to keep up to date with messages and aim to respond with 2 business hours for all messages.

I usually shop in store and cant see the same item online?

If for any reason you are unable to find the item you want it may be that we haven't got around to adding it on our website yet. We are happy to help wherever we can so be sure to message your enquiry below or via facebook (for a faster response) and we will be able to tell you if it is available and we have been known to add new products to our website within hours where possible.
